The sales started out with very strong and remained that way until the market meltdown, when the property was deeded over to Mercantile. Sales were quite slow while the bank owned the property in 2009 and 2010. However, since the new owners contracted to purchase the property and ultimately closed on it, sales have once again picked up steam. Since january of this year, 14 lots have been sold. This is more lots than were sold in any year since 2007, and more lots than were sold in 2008, 2009 and 2010 combined!
